OUR SERVICES
SITE SUPERVISIONS
We perform site supervision over the construction, craft and installation works on namely all types of required high-rise and low-rise constructions. Our authorized engineers have a professional title Supervising Engineer (Nz- supervision on construction of demanding, less demanding and undemanding facilities and individual works), and are enrolled in the directory of authorized engineers at the Slovenian Chamber of Engineers.
CONSTRUCTION MONITORING
We are also performing tehnical construction monitoring at performing construction and real estate projects. Monitoring allows the investor to reduce the risks throughout the process of the investment project
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
At all kind of required demanding high-rise and low-rise constructions, we perform project management with an authorized engineer who has a professional title Work Performing Manager (Vz- leading the whole constuction or the predominant part of construction of demanding and less demanding facility, leading individual works on demanding and less demanding facility, leading the construction of less demanding facilities) and is enrolled in the directory of authorized engineers at the Slovenian Chamber of Engineers.
REAL ESTATE VALUATIONS
We perform real estate valuations for the purpose of sales, purchase, loan insurance, financial reporting, tax purposes etc. Reports of real estate valuations prepares an authorized real estate appraiser, registered at the Slovenian Audit Institute in accordance with international standards of real estate valuations.
CONSTRUCTION
In cooperation with our partners, we perform new constructions and reconstructions.
EXPERT SERVICES
We advise investors in all phases of the project, starting from the decision to purchase the land and until to the final possibly selling the project.
